• No heated drying cages which are illegal in New York City. All pets are manually hand dried at a fan setting they can comfortably handle
• No use of dishwashing detergent such as Dawn to wash and degrease dogs which contain harmful chemicals. All our grooming shampoos & conditioners are natural based highly rated Earthbath brand.
• No overpacking of dogs in more then one cage which is also illegal. We use individual cubbies for your pet while they wait to be washed, groomed or picked up.
• We only groom by appointment only which keeps your pet in our facility no more then a couple of hours. Some grooming locations have drop offs in the morning and stay in cages all day while they wait to get groomed. Sometimes without water.
• Marie is your dedicated, experienced pet groomer who understands all the different temparments pets have just like humans .  Don't let an inexperienced groomer handle your dogs needs with situations they might not be accustomed to.
• We conveniently have free parking in the back of our store and plenty of street parking as well.
• Not all dog grooming salons accept credit cards. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
